Buddhadharma is called the Lion’s Roar.
It is a challenge. It is a call to awakening.
As the lion's roar awakens and even intimidates all the little animals in the forest, the Lion's Roar of Dharma awakens and challenges us to be all that we are.
Not to become somebody else. Not to live somebody else's life.
Not to imitate somebody else's way of dress or diet or thinking.
But to be our true self. To be genuinely ourselves.

stacy hein, executive director/yoga, mindfulness & meditation teacher
As a yoga teacher and co-founder of Tribe Yoga, Stacy's ultimate goal is to create a safe haven for students and seekers of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and interests. Always a student herself, her greatest joy is learning and growing along with her classes—openly sharing her own experiences, struggles, and discoveries with honesty, humor, and authenticity.
After working to build the tribe community for the past three-plus years, Stacy quickly realized that there was an entire population not being reached by the teachings she found so transformative and essential to a healthy, joyful, purpose-driven, fulfilling life. It became clear that these teachings needed to be brought out of the studio - to locations more comfortable, accessible, and affordable to the very populations who may need them the most.
project lions roar was born.
Stacy is a certified yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and reiki master/teacher. She has a depth of understanding and experience with substance use disorders and recovery, through both her own journey and that of her son. She deeply believes in second (and fifth) chances and the power of love and compassion. Her teaching style is a union of her passion for the ancient systems and her love of humanity. Students can expect to encounter a blend of meditation, breath work, poetry and movement in her classes and programs that is carefully designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and motivate each unique soul toward fearless self-exploration and awareness.

Tori DePaulo, yoga teacher
Tori is a teacher by nature and profession. When she’s not at the studio you can find her teaching high school English, near the water, reading a book, or spending time with her favorite people.
Tori was introduced to yoga at a young age, but more recently discovered Ashtanga through Stacy Hein at Tribe Yoga and immediately fell in love with it. She completed her 200 hour YTT with Stacy and loves being able to dive deeper into the practice and share it with others, continuing her journey as a lifelong learner.
Her friends would describe her as a hardworking but silly girl who’s passionate and carries a hearty laugh. Tori loves connecting with people and being part of a community. Come practice with her if you’re looking to work hard and have fun, all while listening to some upbeat tunes and growing together.

Danielle Rodrigues, yoga teacher
Danielle’s yoga journey began in 2013 after receiving a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. After a year spent coming to terms with her disease and much soul searching, she turned to yoga as a way to relieve stress and keep her symptoms at bay. In the process, she fell in love with her Iyengar yoga practice at Jim Thorpe Yoga.
In 2019, after a few challenging years and much self work, Danielle continues her journey and rose to the challenge of yoga teacher training. She is a November 2019 graduate of the very first Tribe Yoga 200 hour YTT program. She is also a Level Two Reiki Practitioner and completed a 15 hour Yin Yoga training. Danielle is grateful for the opportunity to share her strength and love of health, healing and wellness with you on the mat.
